Danny Ko oversees the Company’s overall management and strategic direction especially on the bulk deals opportunities and other business investment opportunities that are potential and beneficial to the community.
Danny graduated under the Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UK and has been in the banking and property industry for more than seven years both in UK and in Malaysia. He now coaches people on property investment too!
Danny’s core strength is on the market research, analysis and sourcing below market value deals. To Danny, due diligence is the utmost importance on any properties before he share the investment opportunity to the his property investment community members.

RPC Inner Circle’s team has over 35 years experienced cumulatively. Having worked in several public listed property development companies and established real estate companies. The team has vast and wide experienced ranging from pre-development that involved land sourcing, feasibility studies, development stages, product planning and pricing, marketing, sales, sales administration and property development in residential, commercial, hotel and office developments. Under the team’s education division – Rapid Property Connect (RPC), has given tremendous values to all property investment community, subscribers and followers particularly in property industry.

Stephy Lim Graduated from Monash University Australia under the degree of Bachelor of Business. She is also one of the recipients of Dean Commendation List.
Stephy has vast experiences working in the branding agency, real estate, development, finance, retail industry such as IBM, MCT and Gabungan AQRS, Henry Butcher Malaysia etc.
Stephy has successfully organised and launched over 50+ events throughout the two years when she first started Rapid Property Connect Sdn Bhd (RPC). She now focusing on the marketing side of Rapid Investment Community and providing support while building close relationship with all community members.
